This has been referred to as a ‘Cost of Living Crisis’. While the peak of the cost of living crisis has passed, many people are still facing difficulty as overall prices remain significantly higher than before the crisis began.
This does not mean that you have to be ‘in crisis’ to admit you’re struggling, and it affects all of us, not just the lowest earners.
