CHICKPEA AND CAULIFLOWER CURRY – £5.68

How To Prepare
Fry onions on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add garlic and curry paste and cook for a few more minutes. Cook the cauliflower in a separate pan until boiled. Add cauliflower to the onions mix, stir in remaining ingredients with 200 ml of boiling water. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve hot.

How to prepare
Fry onions at medium heat until transparent. Add garlic and carrots and cook for 3 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients plus ½ pint of water. Bring to the boil and simmer until lentils are soft. Blend if desired and serve.

How to prepare

How to prepare
