The space available is warm and comfortable with a tea/coffee making area. It is called ‘Copperkettle’ and is where we usually hold our community hub which does not open on Fridays. There is direct access into the space but booking needs to be made via contact details above.

Slice of Life is a pioneering youth project designed to engage young people in Burley in Wharfedale and the surrounding community. Our mission is to revolutionize youth work by creating a welcoming space where young people can gather, share pizza, and share life. Recognizing that young people need places where they feel heard, valued, and supported, we aim to provide an inclusive space that fosters connection, belonging, and holistic wellbeing.
